The sound of the bikes taking warm up laps is getting a lot louder.', 'A look at the straightaway and the paddocks. Lots of people camping around the track. The stands in the right of the photo are for Ducati riders only.', 'All 85,000 fans decided to get an expresso at the same time I did. ', 'Where have I seen one of these Repsol bikes before...hmmm. ', 'Some of the many motorhomes that were also around the track.', 'A couple of practice riders going through turn one. Huge track to say the least.', 'Italian fans are crazy. No other way to say it. Must have seen three burnt scooters around the walkway.', 'Looking back at the track and turn one. After being to Laguna so many times it was different seeing green areas.', 'The walkway around the track was shared by pedestrians and intoxicated people on scooters and bikes. ', 'If only I could have brought this beauty home...sigh.', 'A touching tribute to Rossi consisting of empty beer bottles and tape. True dedication.', 'Yet another burnt scooter.', 'Finally in the stands and taking in the whole scene. Very impressive!', 'Looking across to the straightaway.', 'The place was packed to the rafters. Not an empty seat in the house.', 'The big screen tv helped with the out of sight action and replays.', 'Not too hard to tell the place was pro Rossi. Yellow everywhere.', 'Not to mention yellow smoke bombs. Did I mention the crazy Italian fans?', 'And the race is on. Rossi would come from way back in the pack to win for his sixth straight time at Mugello.', 'Here comes Rossi after winning. The fans are going wild at this point.', 'Rossi gets mobbed. It seems like everyone is allowed on the track shortly after the race. ', 'A celebratory burnout for the fans. Once Rossi left there were people scraping up the burnt rubber bits. Something for Ebay no doubt.', 'Valentino takes on last look at the fans. Or maybe it was the gal climbing the fence.', 'The post race mayhem on the track continues.', 'At one point there were fans riding their bikes around the track at the same time as the GP riders.', 'Looking arcross at the post race craziness.', 'An Italian noise maker. Just take a large motorcycle engine, cut off the pipe end, add a can of gas and run it on the rev limiter for hours on end. ', '85,000 fans all trying to leave at the same time creates some bottlenecks.', 'My car was located in the far off parking lot. Once there we moved twenty feet and then sat for three hours. It was definitely well worth it though!' );
